Gilson and Santoro, 2019

LtCol Santoro (2ndLT USMC) and SSgt Gilson (LCpl USMC) met up a few times while they both served on the West Coast. Santoro has actually met a few 1FR Marines including: 1stLt Lawson, Sgt Segal and Sgt Vundur. This is not considered fraternization as A. They knew each other prior to service, B. They are off base and off duty, C. They are not in the same Chain of Command and D. All activities are permissible and non-punishable.
